Brandon Cronin grinded out a victory to win all three rounds against a tough marine, Preston Snook. Brandon did a great job considering he had to train himself while at school.
Josh Sampo beat a tough Hector Melindez (23-2). Josh won by taking his back and throwing punches in the second round. It was an awesome fight.
"Mopheaded" Matt Ricehouse won by three rounds of total domination over Josh Weston (13-0). He was almost sidelined before the fight with injured ribs, but stuck it out. He won every aspect including takedown!

Avenged Sevenfold's guitar player Synyster Gates and their head of security Dan came by the school for a workout while on tour. They are both very skilled jiu jitsu players!

On Saturday, Rodrigo Vaghi promoted Mike Rogers to black belt, making Mike the first black belt under Rodrigo.

Last weekend Team Vaghi became the Golden Gloves Novice Division Team Champions.

Jon Menke won his no time, no points super submission match at the Best of The Best Tournament. Jon finished with a submission againts a very good Bruce Hoyer from Rigan Machado.
Bobby Russell defeated Steve Dietrich from Berger MMA. Bobby finished his opponent with a rear naked choke in the first round. He retained his Cage Championships belt at 145. Bobby dominated every aspect of the fight. It was his 5th sub in 5 fights.
Lance "In Your pants" Benoist retained his regional Combat Sports 170 belt by beating a very tough 9-0 Eric Ervin from Team Destruction. Lance dominated the entire fight.
